Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We value your time and appreciate your commitment to attending your scheduled appointment. However, we understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

1. *Cancellation Notice*:  
  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.

2. *Late Cancellations and No-Shows*:  
  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend without notice, a fee of £20 will be required. This fee compensates for the time reserved specifically for you.

3. *Payment of Fees*:  
  The £20 fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. Failure to pay this fee may result in the refusal of future bookings until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. *Emergency Situations*:  
  We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. In certain circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
